本日の稽古 Today’s keiko (english)

Today is finally embukai mae keiko.
Itto seiho (太刀勢法) by two sets, kodachi seiho (小太刀勢法) by two sets, nitto seiho (二刀勢法) by Soke.
Kodachi seiho was not possible last year,so I wanted to do it this year and I asked to Soke !
We cannot do all,because time is limited…
We trained hard, please I hope to show embu affecting the heart of everybody by seeing it.
I do my best!! Ganbarimasu.
